1. Refund & Return Policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If we made a mistake, received a defective item, or your order arrived damaged, contact Orange Buffalo Tees within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work to make it right.
Because many Orange Buffalo products are made specifically for you, custom-printed, personalized, preorder, and made-to-order items are final sale unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Limited-drop apparel may not be exchanged for another size once the preorder window has closed, because replacement inventory may not be available. Please review the product sizing information carefully before ordering.
Items must be unworn and unwashed when a return or exchange has been authorized.
We cannot accept returns because of normal variations associated with garment-dyed apparel, printing processes, or monitor/screen color differences.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us at orangebuffalotees@gmail.com and include your order number and photos when applicable.
2. Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP
Orange Buffalo Tees ships orders from Comanche, Texas.
Shipping times shown at checkout apply after an order is ready for shipment. Production times vary depending on the product and are separate from carrier transit times.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the estimated delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available in Comanche, Texas when offered at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving your ready-for-pickup notification. Your shirts may be awesome, but unfortunately enthusiasm does not make the heat press operate faster.
3. Preorder Policy
This one matters a lot for Midnight Reckoning.
PREORDERS
A preorder allows you to reserve an item before the production order is completed.
For The Midnight Reckoning, preorders close September 14, 2026. Ordering during the preorder period guarantees availability of the size ordered.
Our target delivery/local pickup date is October 1, 2026. This is an estimated date rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays.
Once the preorder window closes, production quantities are finalized. Because of this, preorder items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for size after the preorder closes, except in the case of a defective item or an error made by Orange Buffalo Tees.
Limited quantities may be offered after preorder fulfillment, but availability of specific designs and sizes is not guaranteed.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, the entire order may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
4. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom apparel is produced specifically for each customer and is therefore final sale once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, garment selection, quantities, sizes, colors, print locations, and other order details before production.
Once artwork or an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
Colors displayed on phones, tablets, monitors, and digital proofs may vary from the finished garment or printed product. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before production.
Orange Buffalo Tees will correct production errors that are our responsibility. We cannot replace products because of errors contained in customer-approved artwork or order information.
Production schedules are estimates unless a specific completion date has been agreed to in writing.
